double standard

i love it that my mom and i can talk about anything under the sun. i don't know if it's our own way of compensating for not seeing each other more often. question du jour: is it ok if the guy already has "experience"? a part of me wanted to hear a resounding no but she doesn't think it's a big issue. i've heard from others that it's actually "better" if the guy has experience. yes, i've been called a prude. i presumed that it was meant to be an insult but i don't remember feeling offended.
